Pego.cc Team - we create an atmosphere you will love

Our team was founded in 2014 and formally established as the “Kolarz” Foundation. We gained recognition through participation in MTB marathons in Poland and abroad. The team’s founder Robert Kalandyk and sports director Tomasz Lutecki lead our team with passion and commitment.

In 2024, we implemented key changes to grow the team. We introduced democratic management, board member elections, and division into three specialist squads: MTB, Road, Gravel, and Ultra. We welcome new riders and each race season begins with planning the most important events and race series.

At the end of 2023, we launched a training center in Pego, Spain – Pego.cc, which will be our winter training base. We hold training camps there twice a year – in autumn and spring.

Team Member Responsibilities

  • Regular participation in training: We are committed to continuous development of form and skills.
  • Race participation: Representing the team in local, national, and international races.
  • Rule compliance: Acting in line with the team’s regulations and fair play rules.
  • Cooperation and support: Building strong relationships and mutual support among team members.
  • Involvement: actively participating in the life of the team and promoting it in the media.
  • Financial contribution: Members are required to pay a fee of 500 PLN annually or 50 PLN monthly.
  • Personal development and training: Continuous improvement of sports and technical skills.

The first step to becoming a member of our team is a visit to our base in Pego, where we get the chance to assess the candidate’s sporting abilities and character. New riders can enjoy a 10% discount on their first stay — for themselves and their family members.
