Organising a cycling or triathlon camp as a coach, club or tour organiser? In Pego, on the northern Costa Blanca, you can use our cycling base and choose accommodation and services to suit your group.

Accommodation and facilities for your group

• Main base in Pego: 10 rooms in 3 apartments, with 16 standard places. The base has bike storage, a workshop, bike rental and a terrace for social activities.
• Partner hotel: approximately 40 places at maximum capacity. Group availability is confirmed for your dates.
• Beachfront apartment in Dénia: 4–5 people, depending on the configuration.

The property, sleeping arrangements, available services and price need to be confirmed for your group and dates.

For a group quote, send your dates, number of guests and preferred room configuration. If you need rental bikes, include the quantity and sizes; for transfers, include the airport, flight times and number of bikes to transport. Tell us which meals and other services you need.

Season, minimum stay and booking terms

The 2026/27 cycling accommodation offer covers September–December 2026, January–June 2027 and September–December 2027. The minimum at the main base is 1 night in autumn 2026 and 3 nights in the stated 2027 periods. Packages, including Cycling Week, have separate rules. The current group-offer PDF (in Polish) provides current rates, the exception for the night of 31 December 2026 and group-price examples.

New group reservations: a 25% deposit is due when dates are confirmed, with the balance due 30 days before arrival. Cancellation at least 60 days before arrival gives a deposit refund; 59–30 days leaves credit for a future stay with no expiry; fewer than 30 days means the deposit is non-refundable. If PEGO cancels the stay, all amounts paid are refunded.

These cancellation rules apply to new reservations confirmed after publication of the version dated 5 October 2026. Earlier contracts retain their agreed terms; statutory customer rights are unaffected. See the current group-offer PDF (in Polish) for details of changes to group size and dates.
