Want to enjoy your ride without worrying about unexpected breakdowns? Our Assistance Package will provide you with support in case of technical problems. Both guests staying at Pego.cc and those staying in the Pego area can take advantage of this offer.
Here's what you get with the Assistance Package:
Immediate assistance on the road
If your bike breaks down making it impossible to continue riding, we will come for you and your equipment. We provide transportation to the base, so you do not have to worry about logistics in stressful situations.
Coverage of repair costs up to €500

Own bike brought by cyclist
Whether the failure is the fault of the cyclist or not – we will. we will repair your equipment up to the amount of €500. If the cost exceeds this limit, the excess is paid by the bike owner.
Bike rented from Pego.cc
If the breakdown was caused by reasons beyond the cyclist’s control: we cover 100% of the repair costs (no limit).
If the breakdown was caused by the cyclist: we cover the costs up to €500, and the cyclist pays the remaining amount.
